Rick Walters has been tattooing for over 44 years and ran the oldest tattoo shop in the country for the last 25 years it was open. He can now be found at Vintage Tattoo Art Parlor in Los Angeles, California. Major influences are all the old guys such as Bob Shaw, Col. W. L. Todd, Phil Simms, Sailor Jerry, and Hori Oshi. Rick did hard labor and would tattoo at night until 1975 when he went to work for Bob and Todd fulltime.
