· We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right please follow the directions below to make a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Once credited, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement. We'll email you once we've received and processed your return or exchange. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
· We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
· Thank you for understanding that on all custom made items, such as tattoo art and tattoo tee-shirts, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
· Moodswings Inc. reserves the right to deny refunds on items returned to us in unsalable condition. Items must be in brand new condition.
